Attire: Formal (Jaebok mandatory for Black Sashes, for students optional)

After the ceremony there will be a poolside party with music and open bar (Drink not included) not far from the restaurant  Piscina comunale Uisp di Chianni

Adults

• Starter: Mixed cold cuts and Tuscan crostini
• First Dishes: 
  • Pici Cinta Senese and Porcini mushrooms
  • Ravioli stuffed with burrata with parmesan and pistachios
• Second Dish: Roasted suckling pig
• Side Dish: Mixed side dish  
• Dessert: Mascarpone mousse

Children

• Main Course
  • Either Spaghetti Bolognaise, Spaghetti with butter sauce or Spaghetti with tomato sauce
• Dessert
  • Mascarpone mousse or Ice cream - they can choose the flavour

Kids menus and special adult dietary requirements (allergies, vegetarian, vegan) need to be advised 15 days prior the dinner.
